  1. Personal kit packed away (uniform on top)
  2. Bedding & beds packed away
  3. Groundsheet in sausage (all kit covered)
  4. Tent sides raised
  5. All cooking utensils laid out on table
  6. Cooker & patrol box clean
  7. All rubbish in bin / fire
  8. All gadgets taken down & rope hanked
  9. Dining shelter packed away
 Parents arrive from 14.00
Closing ceremony @ 15.00
